SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At kick's@mag, we believe your sneakers should hit your doorstep as fast as you hit the checkout button. We are proud to offer reliable, insured delivery via our exclusive shipping partner.


1. FREE SHIPPING NATIONWIDE We offer ZERO COST standard shipping on all orders.

  • Cost: R0.00 (Free).
  • Carrier: We exclusively use PAXI Couriers for all local and long-distance deliveries.
  • Condition: Free shipping applies to all valid orders within South Africa.

2. DELIVERY TIMES We aim to get your fit on your feet as fast as possible. Please allow for the following timeframes from the moment your order is confirmed and payment reflects in our account:


  • Main Hubs & Major Cities: 3-5 Working Days.
  • Outlying Areas: Allow an additional 2-3 Working Days.

Note: These times are estimates based on PAXI standards. "Working days" exclude weekends and public holidays.


3. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Once dispatched, you will receive your unique Tracking Number directly from PAXI via WhatsApp and/or SMS.

4. ADDRESS ACCURACY Please ensure you provide a correct, physical address where you (or someone) are available to receive the package.

  • Residential: PAXI typically delivers to residential gates or front doors.
  • Business: Deliveries are made to the reception or specified delivery entrance.
  • P.O. Boxes: If utilizing a PAXI locker/point, you will be notified via SMS.
  • kick's@mag is not liable for delays or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. PARCEL SECURITY All shipments are insured against loss and damage while in transit. We handle all claims directly with PAXI if your package is lost or significantly damaged upon arrival.
