Returns & Refunds Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.

At kick's@mag, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the exclusive nature of our inventory and the high demand for our products, we do not accept returns or process refunds.

Please ensure you review your order carefully before checkout. We are not able to accommodate exchanges for sizing errors, change of mind, or style preference.

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL
Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, the sale is considered final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have selected the correct size and style.

2. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations will only be processed if the order has not yet been dispatched or handed over to the courier. Once an order has been marked as "Dispatched," it is non-refundable.

3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors, or if the item does not match your original order description, please contact us via WhatsApp at 071 739 5353 within 24 hours of delivery.

Photographic Evidence: You must provide clear photos or videos of the defect/damage.
Verification: Our team will verify the issue against the stock records.
Upon verification of a valid defect, we will offer a replacement subject to availability. Refunds are strictly not offered; we will replace the item with an identical model.

4. NO RETURNS FOR STYLE FIT
We understand that fit can vary between brands and models. However, we do not accept returns due to fit or aesthetics. Please refer to our size guide or reach out to our customer service team on WhatsApp before purchasing if you are unsure about sizing.

5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
*   Socks/Undergarments
*   Accessories
*   Footwear worn outdoors
*   Limited Edition or "Special Order" items
